These are the steps you need to enable .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 in Windows 11: Open Control Panel from the Start Menu. Make sure your View by is set to Categories. Then click Programs > Program and Features. Click Turn Windows features on or off. Tick .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and click Ok. You may be asked to download files from Windows Update. So, click Let Windows Update download the files for you. After this, you have to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.Alternatively, you can open Run by Win + R, type “optionalfeatures“, and click Ok.
