The Director of the Mobility Services Department at the Grand Mosque, Ahmed Al-Maqati, explained that this initiative aims to provide the best and finest services for the elderly and relieve them of hardship so that they can perform their rituals with ease and ease. Al-Maqati pointed out that the administration provided more than (30) electric carts for the elderly, in addition to specialists to serve the elderly and teach them how to use the carts, and specialists to serve the elderly, and the administration was keen to intensify its efforts due to the increase in the number of pilgrims. The Director of the Mobility Services Department stressed that this initiative reflects the interest and keenness of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque in serving the pilgrims. Al-Maqati concluded his speech that these services and efforts come in implementation of the directives of the General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, and with continuous follow-up from the Under-Secretary General for Services and Field Affairs and the achievement of environmental protection, Professor Muhammad bin Musleh Al-Jabri, praying to God Almighty May God reward the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince - may God preserve them - the best reward for their efforts and their constant support for the Two Holy Mosques.
