Mint can be used to remove grease from the hair, by boiling a handful of mint leaves in two cups of water for 15-20 minutes and putting it on your hair, mint has astringent properties that remove excess oils from greasy hair. Avoid heat, because high heat stimulates sebum secretions, so you appear shiny and annoying at the roots and dry and rough at the ends. In the pattern of your day, you should reduce the things that provoke the secretions of the scalp, such as itching, continuous layoff, and putting heavy oils on your hair, while continuing to exfoliate your scalp once a week, as we mentioned previously.
