Un momento del partido entre el Villa de Aranda y el Ademar /

The second part was decisive this Wednesday in the ample victory of Ademar León (24-31) in his visit to a Villa de Aranda that suffered from a lack of forcefulness.

In the first half the game was quite even, with a team from Burgos concentrated and safe, both in attack and defense, and that took advantage of the few failures of the visitor and without allowing him, except on rare occasions, to execute his quick attacks and distance himself much of the marker.

However, in the second half the home team came out loose and clueless. The mistakes happened and he was ten minutes without beating the opposing goal. This was used by Ademar to distance themselves by up to seven goals in the 40th minute. Until the end they held a wide advantage, despite the reaction of the locals.

"We have lacked a greater forcefulness, to be more solid; a 'light' match against Ademar is to lose for sure," said at the end of the match the coach of Villa de Aranda, Alberto Suárez, who had two important casualties, those of Baronetto and Guilherme, both for injuries. Nico López and Javi García were the most successful players on the offensive side.

On the part of the Leonese team, Gonzalo Pérez and Leandro Semedo carried out a symphony of goals, especially in moments of weakness of the locals. The visiting coach, Manolo Cadenas, pointed out in the subsequent press conference that the team showed more intensity and freshness in defense, compared to the games played in Huesca and Benidorm.
