In the World Super Bike Championship (WSBK) the motorcycles that compete must come from series motorcycles,
 for this reason and as always happens in competitions, brands make a small production to comply with that rule,
 yes, the products tend to be really exclusive and with prohibitive prices

 

In the case of this Ducati Superleggera V4, its production was announced in April,
 but due to current health issues the entire program was delayed until 
a few days ago when the Borgo Panigale plant was reactivated. The bike arrives
 with a “Racing” package with exhaust signed by Akrapovic, carbon fiber parts, 
fuel tank cap just like the competition, the possibility of easily removing and putting the license plate holder,
 side leg and mirrors, in addition to the telemetry system of the brand that adjusts according to the circuit to which it is taken.

 

With respect to the Panigale V4 R, the above data means a weight reduction 
of 159 to 152.2 kg (without fluids) that are moved by the exorbitant 234 hp of power,
 as if this were not enough, it incorporates the aerodynamics of WSBK spoilers and Moto GP that provides
 a load of 50 kg at 270 km / h.

 

The above tells you about a special motorcycle,
 but within the 500 units sold there will also be an interesting division, 
since the first installment will be at an event with the CEO of Ducati, Claudio Domenicalli 
(yes, the former Ferrari F1). For all the other 499 they will have a 1:10 scale version of the model in a wooden box.
