First of all I ask, do you remember the spectacular and radical Renault Espace F1 from 1994? Perhaps not the youngest, but that model was a very special prototype designed between the house of the rhombus and Matra. And you will say, what was its reason for being and existing? Very simple: celebrate the ten years that the Espace family had been for sale. However, and although it aroused passions at the Paris Salon of 94, it never reached the showrooms.

To give you an idea, under his skin beat a 10-cylinder RS5 engine that was riding the F1 Williams FW15C car. As you can imagine its power was not low, because after receiving some adjustments its propeller reached no less than 820 hp. Well, now we return to today (December 9, 2020) and we have to get excited about another feat of technology: a Chrysler Pacifica SRT Hellcat. What do you think of the idea? Do you like it?

This render Chrysler Pacifica SRT Hellcat will never hit the streets

If there is something that makes certain models of the FCA Group special, it is to be able to acquire the Hellcat versions. Its heart is the same in all, a block 6.2-liter V8 HEMI, although with different power. Well, Abimelec Design has imagined that this hulking engine could end up under the hood of a "quiet" Chrysler Pacifica. In this way, a radical and insubordinate Chrysler Pacifica SRT Hellcat would be born. Can you imagine? It makes me heart ...

Yes, because its power could be very close to 1,000 hp and believe me, those are a lot to take the kids to school. Today every self-respecting father and mother wants to show off the best SUV to travel with their offspring. However, with a Pacifica SRT Hellcat you would not only stay with them, but you would go everywhere with a speed worthy of a sports car. Well, if we take a look at the render that Abimelec has created, we see his tricks.

First, it has lowered the height of the body. On the hood we have a large air intake that, together with those of the lower bumper, help to cool the powerful V8 HEMI. But it is not the only one, as the front grill gains a small entrance at the bottom as it happens in the Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk. There are larger fog lights as well as a smaller splitter more prominent in the lower area of the bumper.

Reviewing the side view we will also see attachments that are not typical of a "street" Pacifica. The bulky wheel arches are the first as they have to accommodate wider wheels and rims. The rest of the zones are maintained, more or less, without great variations. However, the really important thing is that you can still dream of halo models that keep us away from the so hackneyed and boring SUV's. I hope the FCA Group takes note ...
