[Auto] Hyundai presents a new electric toy based on the 45 Concept

If we review Hyundai's launch plan we will realize that electricity occupies a large part. Not surprisingly, two of the big bets of the South Korean firm will be powered by this energy source. The first to arrive will be the street version of the 45 Concept that we met a few months ago. After him the Prophecy will follow suit, taking advantage of the new modular architecture for electrics that they have developed together with their partner Kia.

Well, before both reach the market, they wanted to present another first. Hyundai has defined it as the smallest electric vehicle they have made so far. And it is not for less, because basically it is a toy for the smallest and smallest of the house. The novelty is that its appearance is known, since its creators have chosen to evolve the image that the 45 Concept wore.

Despite the difference in size, Hyundai designers have successfully adapted the code "kinetic cube lamp" from the 45. Another element that remains in this toy is the angular profile that defines the lateral line and wheel arches . To dress its body they have used the «Performance Blue» tone combined with orange painted trims. As an aesthetic license and functional necessity to be able to use it, it lacks a roof.

At a technical level, it is equipped with a dual 24 volt electric motor and direct current DC. The power, as you can imagine is fair, conforming to a performance of 240W. All in all, the benefits will be more than enough so that the little ones in the house can let off steam. Thus, it will reach a maximum speed of 7 kilometers per hour. Finally, and like the Soapbox, it is made of high-resistance wood.

If we must talk about equipment, this jovial version of the 45 Concept mounts the latest technology. Among all, we can highlight the humorous Emotion Adaptive Vehicle Control (EAVC). The problem is that for now it is unknown what its autonomy or commercial name is. We will have to wait for new details, although Hyundai is convinced that it will offer a unique mobility experience for the youngest customers.

Hopefully it reaches the market, because as a gift it seems to us one of the most successful of the year.
