The United States was the country in which the Chinese application TikTok was downloaded the most in September, despite facing the possibility of being banned by the restrictions imposed.

   As of September 20, the United States Government prohibited any transaction with the TikTok application, for which the digital stores of Google (Play Store) and Apple (App Store) could no longer allow the download of said applications.

   The report has also analyzed TikTok downloads from the App Store and Google Play Store worldwide during the month of September according to countries. In this sense, the United States registered the highest downloads in the App Store, with 3.79 million, followed by Russia, with 0.98 million, and France, with 0.53 million downloads.

   For its part, Brazil ranked first in the Play Store with 3.08 million downloads of the TikTok 'app', followed by Mexico, with 3 million, and the United States, with 2.31 million.
