The plan would thus allow for almost 2,000 ICU beds to be passed, all of them for immediate implantation because they do not go through IFEMA, but because of the extra development in hospitals. At the moment, there are 16,920 hospital beds installed and 14,208 are occupied, with the data from last Thursday. Of these, 2,850 with Covid-19 patients, that is, 16.8% of all beds installed. In ICU, there are 945 beds installed. In total, 753 are occupied and, of them, 392 with patients with Covid-19. This represents 41.4% of the total beds as of the same date on Thursday. The data from the Community of Madrid marked, with respect to patients pending admission, a total of 339 cases, of which 134 were suspected of Covid-19. That is, the percentage stood at 39.5% of the total on Thursday in terms of coronavirus suspects. The average age of confirmed cases is 39 years. And the average age of the admitted patients, in the 63 years. The plan that would allow doubling the number of ICUs is currently being combined with the effective performance of 26,000 PCR daily in the Community of Madrid. Regarding primary care, out of a total of 266 health centers, none are totally closed. Four are without activity in the afternoon. And one stays with a different schedule than usual. As for the clinics, out of a total of 163 centers, eight close only in the afternoon; four have a different schedule than usual; and eight are totally idle. Restrictions This is the medical device and its situation. An anti-coronavirus mechanism that adds to the new restriction measures announced by the Madrid Government this Friday to stop the expansion of the coronavirus. These measures contemplate restricting mobility and capacity in a total of 37 health areas, the most affected by infections, in 6 districts and 8 municipalities. In total, these mobility limitations affect 13% of the Madrid po[CENSORED]tion, a bag of about 850,000 inhabitants, but where 25% of the cases detected in the Community of Madrid are concentrated. Madrid will apply these measures in health areas where the cumulative incidence exceeds 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. These areas are distributed in the following municipalities, in addition to six districts of the capital, Fuenlabrada, Humanes de Madrid, Humanes de Madrid, Getafe, Parla, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Alcobendas. In Madrid capital, the basic sanitary areas are in the districts of Carabanchel (Puerta Bonita, Vista Alegre and Guayaba), Usera (Almendrales, Las Calesas, Zofío, Orcasur and San Fermín), Villaverde (San Andrés, San Cristóbal, El Espinillo and Los Rosales), Villa de Vallecas, Puerta de Vallecas (Entrevías, Martínez de la Riva, San Diego, Numancia, Peña Prieta, Pozo del Tío Raimundo, Ángela Uriarte, Alcalá de Guadaira and Federica Montseny), and Ciudad Lineal (Doctor Cirajas, Ghandi, Daroca and La Elipa). In the rest of the region, the municipalities in which basic health zones will be perimeter are Fuenlabrada (Alicante, Cuzco and France), Humanes de Madrid, Moraleja de Enmedio, Parla (San Blas and Isabel II), Getafe (Las Margaritas and Sánchez Morate), San Sebastián de los Reyes (Catholic Monarchs) and Alcobendas (Chopera and Miraflores). The measurements are as follows: The entry and exit of people from these areas is restricted except to jobs or educational centers. You will only be allowed to enter and leave these areas to access the usual residence or care for the elderly or dependents, go to banks. Road traffic in these areas is allowed. There will be open restrictions in parks and recreation areas. Groups of people on public roads will be limited to a maximum number of 6 people, except in the case of cohabitants. Religious celebrations and rites will see their capacity reduced by a third. The funeral processions will have a maximum of 6 participants. Commercial establishments will have a maximum capacity of 50%. The hotel industry will reduce its capacity to 50%, both indoors and on terraces, and the bar service is suspended. The betting shops at 50% of the capacity. Driving schools will also have to restrict their presence to 50% with a maximum of 6 people.
