The best Serbian motorist Miloš Pavlović won the first race in the Lamborghini championship.

 

The Super Trophy Lamborghini started in San Marino, and the Serbian driver Miloš Pavlović was the fastest on Mizan.

He won in tandem with young driver Raul Guzman in the Target team after 31 laps with an advantage of almost half a second.

They left behind the tandem of Imperiale Postiglione-Galbijati, while Baltazar and Paverud from the team of Leipert, who was almost two-hundredths of a second late, we’re on the third.

The tandem in car number 41 of “Target Racing”, Miloš Pavlović and Raul Guzman, took the 6th place in the qualifications, and the 21-year-old Mexican was in charge of the first part of the 50-minute race.

The guy for whom this was the first race in a GT car lost two positions in the first few laps and Miloš was “handed over” the car in 7th position, just 19 minutes before the end of the race.

With an excellent team pit stop, the Serbian motorist imposed an incredible pace from the first meters after entering the track and after his first lap, he found himself in the 3rd position! In the last 10 minutes of the race, he continued in a hellish rhythm, experiencedly attacking rivals who gave in under pressure, especially at the moment when the leading trio encountered backward drivers who did not do well in night driving conditions, on a narrow track.

A great start to the season for Miloš Pavlović, and we will see if “the day is known in the morning” so that the Serbian motorist can win the championship title.

When I got an invitation from the Target team to play in this championship, I knew we had a winning combination, and they immediately showed it with great car preparation and great work during the pit stop. Raul was also great in the first “stint”, in its first GT race. We found ourselves in the right place at the right time and I am really happy about that “, said Miloš Pavlović after the race.

Already on Sunday, August 9, a group of 23 crews will continue the competition with the second race in Mizan, which is on the program from 1:20 p.m. The Pavlović / Guzman crew starts from the 6th position in the second race of the season as well.
