CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The line of cars waiting for a wash at the Clean Express Auto Wash near downtown Cleveland Friday morning backed up on E. 36th Street.

A mascot shaped like a blue drop of water encouraged more drivers to stop at the opening of the first Cleveland location of Express Wash Concepts Inc., which is based in Etna, Ohio, in the Columbus area.
