#Steeven.™ Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Leganés already has a new coach. José Luís 'Pep' Martí (45 years old) is chosen by the Madrid team to try to return to LaLiga next year. The Mallorcan will have the opportunity to face a new project in the Second Division, after spending this season at Girona. After Javier Aguirre's dissociation with the club, the technical secretariat has trusted Martí for this new project, which seeks to return to Primera next season. The coach signs for this campaign and, as is usual in this type of contract, will renew his relationship if he manages to return Madrid residents to LaLiga Santander. Martí, who was a player in Mallorca, Seville, Real Sociedad and Tenerife, has been exercising on the bench since 2015. As a coach he has directed Tenerife, Dépor and Girona. Extensive experience in the category With the first two he played the 'playoff' promotion to First. The coach, who last week recognized in an extensive interview at MARCA that for him "the best would be a Second with 20 teams", will get to work this week on the set-up of a Leganés who has the demanding challenge of returning to take the elevator as soon as possible. 4
