Thus, the 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline unit with 225 kW (306 hp) and 450 Nm of maximum torque remains under the hood. Its strength reaches the ground through all four wheels thanks to the effective ALL4 all-wheel drive system. All this, managed through the delicious 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission.

According to the statement issued by the English firm, the first units of the Countryman John Cooper Works will arrive next November. Until then we will not have more details on how the list of standard and optional equipment is composed. Official rates have also not been announced, although the brand will make them public once the launch approaches.
