#Steeven.™ Posted July 12, 2020 Posted July 12, 2020 The OCU has carried out a survey on the eating habits of consumers, which shows that 91% of the participants assure that they eat everything, while 6% are semi-vegetarian, 2% are vegetarian or vegan and only 1 % say they have different eating habits. Despite the fact that the majority indicate that they eat everything, only 31% confirm that their diet is very healthy, while 60% say that their diet is only “somewhat healthy” and 9% admit that they have unhealthy habits and a 8% say that the diet they have is very unhealthy. More women dieting The study also reflects the diets of the users. As can be seen, 48% of women between the ages of 25 and 39 admit to having carried out a diet in the last year. They are more likely to follow this type of diet, compared to men. And is that the percentage of women who die is seven points above men of the same age. On the contrary, it happens in the age range between 55 and 74 years, where they are above, with women falling to 31%. Diets are usually short and self-imposed. Statistics reflect that 80% of dieters do it without consulting any professional or specialist. More women dieting The study also reflects the diets of the users.
