(Sport) David Ortiz seizes law firm and goes after Cristian Casablanca

Former Major League Baseball player David Ortiz has empowered the Pellerano & Herrera law firm to proceed in his name and representation to submit to criminal justice Mr. Adrián Salcedo Rosario, real name of Cristian Casablanca, for rape, in its prejudice, of article 367 of the Dominican Penal Code that typifies the illicit defamation.

 

By virtue of the same empowerment, Pellerano & Herrera must pursue fair compensation for the damages caused to the person of Ortiz and his family by the imputation by Salcedo Rosario of alleged facts that attack his honor and his consideration.

 

A few days ago Cristian Casa Blanca lashed out at David Ortiz and Hanley Ramírez, noting that the 'Big Daddy' "has no personality", and criticized him that after meeting with two presidents of the United States, he went to an amusement center on Venezuela Avenue, as well as other disparaging comments.

 

The "Big Daddy" had already expressed that he would submit to Casablanca and that he would resolve the issue as "the law dictates."
