Algerian international defender of the OGC Nice (French Ligue 1 football) Youcef Atal, who had surgery on the meniscus last December, received approval from his surgeon to resume training, the Nice Morning daily reported on Thursday.

Atal (23) has fully recovered from his serious injury and could have resumed competition if the coronavirus pandemic had not forced the French Ligue 1 season to stop definitively, said the same source.

This corresponds to the indicated break period of 4 to 5 months, but the player is no longer obliged to return.

A citizen of Atal and his team-mate from Nice, midfielder Hicham Budaoui, are in good shape.

According to Rivera Club, the former Parad AC player, who installed the treadmill on the balcony, achieved impressive impressive speeds of over 20 km / h, covering up to 8 km in 25 minutes.
