This is the easiest and the simplest way to take a screenshot.
First:Taking a screenshot of the console.All you have to do is type in console screenshot.Like shown:https://imgur.com/a/s0Lzh4j
To find the screenshot of the console go to your cstrike folder and search the name that showed in your in-game console.
Second:Taking a screenshot of the game.You can take a screenshot of the game by pressing F12.If you want to change the button or check wich one is it for you just go to Options>Keyboard and scroll all the way down.To find this screenshot go to your cstrike folder and search for the map name you took the screenshot in.
