Among these patients, 6017 serious cases require very heavy intensive care. It is 452 more in 24 hours, much more "than the initial capacity of France in intensive care", around 5000 places, said Jerome Salomon. But six less than the day before. On the profile of the people affected, some 34% of the patients in intensive care are under 60 years old and 80 people hospitalized in intensive care are under 30 years old.
