Oscar Rene has been managing the entry and exit of the year at Independance Club for sixteen years. Always full. "We have sold out for a month," he explains. The capacity for such a special day has been reduced from 729 to 550 attendees, "to make people more comfortable," he says. "We thought that our friends would already have some plan, but it is true that many people have been left out," explains Alba Loughlin, one of the organizers of the party.
