A strong storm that occurred on Saturday in the Entre Rican capital, Paraná, left as a result an incident that keeps a large part of its community in suspense. Floods in a part of the city caused the drag of a vehicle and its driver, a 22-year-old girl, is still missing.

This is Fiorella Furlán, who was riding on a Suzuki Fun car on Saturday afternoon and whose whereabouts are still unknown.

The event happened between 18 and 19, when the most intense point of the water fall occurred. Furlán was driving along Galvez Street, when trying to cross the bridge of the Antoñico stream, he was unable to move due to the overflow of water.

According to local media information, in the midst of uncertainty, the young woman called her father to explain the situation and to tell her that she did not know how to act.

The strong run and the lack of light in the place complicated the task of the rescuers, who were only able to find the young woman's car near midnight. It was 300 meters from where the incident occurred, on Calle El Paracao and Vera Peñaloza. Fiorella was not inside the cabin and the windshield was broken.

Through the social networks, the young woman's relatives disseminated photos to find her whereabouts and request any information from possible witnesses to find her. "We are desperate! It's my sister Fiorella. Her car fell into a stream hours ago and we don't know anything about her. They can't find her. Please share her picture in case anyone knows anything," said her sister Flavia. His parents are hopeful that Fiorella "is disoriented somewhere" after what happened.

The storm that hit Paraná hard left many flooded homes, waterlogged streets and families evacuated not only because of the abundant water fall but also because of the overflow of streams. Precipitation is expected to continue today and that the accumulated water reaches 250 millimeters.

The National Meteorological Service issued an alert for strong storms that covers a large area of Entre Ríos province. Rains of varying intensity are expected, some strong or severe, accompanied by abundant water fall in short periods, hail, very intense gusts bursts and electrical activity.
