And in 2018, to celebrate 70 years of this legendary model, a limited edition of 911-991 was introduced: the 911 Speedster. Only 1,948 copies were manufactured and only one unit was assigned to Argentina. The model was launched for sale in May 2019, has just arrived in our country and already has an owner. Speedster is a convertible based on the 911 GT3. The two share the same six-cylinder Boxer 4.0 engine, which in the Speedster yields 510 horsepower (against 500 of the GT3) and 470 Nm of torque (instead of 460). That's not all: it has a six-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. Accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 4 seconds and reaches 310 km / h. Atmospheric engine, manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, cabrio and amazing features. Does the most perfect 911 have a defect? Yes, two: it costs 740 thousand dollars and - even if you have them stored in an average, waiting for this moment - you will not be able to buy it. All units have already been sold.
