The Cava Sound returns with an original way of serving the cava

In the first event of 2019 the classic event has returned with original novelties, but the same cozy and exclusive atmosphere as always

The first Cava Sound of 2019 followed the line of the previous ones -exclusivity, originality, live music and excellent cava- and also met the expectations of new surprises. And is that as Judith Manero, the ‘spokeswoman’ for this DO Cava event, “one of them is cava and ice, another way to taste the cava and that the young public find a new way to taste it”.

Cava Sound fulfilled its promise and mediated the evening in the form of afterwork held in the gardens of the singular Font del Gat, in Montjuïc, at the 'Brazilian' rhythm, the original formula of cava infused with citrus and mint was served in a ball glass with ice. A result that pleased and surprised the guests.

 

 

It is because of these edtails that Cava Sound continues to fill without losing its essence. “It is a total success,‘ sold out ’practically from day one and a great reception. People want to repeat, they come forward, they like the surprise factor, that the site is an original place, different from the city and this year we start in Barcelona, we will go to Madrid and we will finish again in Barcelona, ”explained Manero.

The appointment has already become a classic also in the Spanish capital. “The reception in Madrid was very good and this year there are people who before saying when we would do the Cava Sound in Madrid already asked us for details and they had expectations of when it would be repeated. We hope to welcome about 300 people, ”continued Manero, who highlighted the introduction of cava as the main drink in more and more areas.

"Every time we get better, the cava is very gastronomic, paired with all kinds of dishes and then it is easy, once you try it, find the point and adapt it to all meals," he said.
