Vázquez, who was the first leftist president of Uruguay (2005-2010) and faces his second term (2015-2020), highlighted the phone call he received this Saturday from former president Julio María Sanguinetti (1985-1990 and 1995-2000) to ponder the moment the South American country is living "looking at the region".
