Inkriql
Honda today presented the fourth generation of the Fit at the Tokyo Motor Show. Its classic minivan for Segment B (boy) will offer for the first time a wide variety of gasoline and hybrid engines. The model will be sold in Brazil, as usual, but its arrival in Argentina is unknown. The new Fit (sold as Jazz in some markets) retains its traditional philosophy of offering a practical urban vehicle with a large interior space. The design was completely renewed and, for the first time, the crossover version will be global. The new Fit / Jazz Crosstar is the successor of the current WR-V manufactured in Brazil. Honda confirmed a new generation of engines with alternative energies, although at the moment it did not provide technical characteristics. It is only known that hybrid versions will use e: HEV technology. It is an internal combustion engine combined with two electric (one generates electricity for the batteries and the other is only used to drive the vehicle). Another novelty is the incorporation of numerous driving aids: autonomous emergency braking, lane maintenance system and adaptive cruise control. At the Tokyo Motor Show, Honda has already leaked the news that the Fit will be available from next year in Brazil, its most important market in Mercosur. In Argentina, his arrival is a mystery. Honda Motor of Argentina is in full withdrawal from the car market in our country. The Japanese brand announced that next year it will stop producing HR-V at its Campana plant and will not have a direct replacement. That establishment will focus only on motorcycle production. In addition, Honda has already initiated a plan for the closing of car dealerships across the country, to adapt to the near future with a smaller offer of cars. And all imported.
