One of the easiest is the next one Add a saturation filter above the image you want to edit and make it at least -50 to take some of the main colors out. Then, pick your brush tool, set it to the size of the portion of the image you want to highlight and pick black as the frontal color. Select the masking layer of the tone/saturation filter And then you "paint" the desired portion to be highlighted with the black brush we previously selected If you want to highlight it even more, you can always use the brush tool over the eyes with similar background colors and select your favorite blending mode.
