Silent Hill (サ イ レ ン ト ヒ ル Sairento Hiru ?, lit. Silent Hill) is a horror franchise created by Keiichiro Toyama and published by Konami and its subsidiary, Konami Digital Entertainment. The first four titles of the series, Silent Hill, 2, 3 and 4: The Room, were developed by Team Silent, an internal group belonging to KCET. Subsequent works were created and / or developed by groups not related to the original equipment. These works include comics, films and videogames.

Silent Hill takes place in the fictional city of the same name, located in the United States. The series is strongly influenced by psychological terror and presents protagonists without unusual qualities or physical dexterity; in contrast to other survival horror titles. The game mechanics revolve around solving puzzles, exploring the map for interesting objects and fighting monsters. 20 years after its creation, a modder found unpublished monsters that Konami had kept asleep in the game files

The game system of "Silent Hill" doesn't surprise us. We already know the excellent results that can give some characters to handle throughout a world full of strange creatures and with a lot of riddles to solve.

The result is a desperate search for an individual behind his missing daughter that takes place in a strange ghost town and where we will never know what awaits us not only after the next door, but even a meter away from the protagonist.

In «Silent Hill» there are monsters and strange creatures (although in general they are not surprised by their spectacular appearance), humans turned into zombies that will give us more than a scare, and we will also find a complete arsenal to end all of them, but most of them These confrontations are still circumstantial.

             

The really important thing in this game is to explore all the streets and buildings of the town one by one to unravel the strange events that are taking place, investigate all the clues that can lead us to the whereabouts of Harry Mason's daughter, talk to the mysterious Survivors left in the town, solve the many enigmas that we will find and, in short, enjoy the amazing situations that will make us doubt on more than one occasion that if everything we are living is real or simply a horrible dream.
