Better Together will enable Xbox One, PC, Smartphones and Switch players to play together except PlayStation 4 players who will be deprived of this feature due to Sony's refusal to support it on PlayStation 4. Sony has justified the reasons for its refusal by being keen on children who make up a large proportion of Minecraft players and wants to keep them safe from any exploitation they may be exposed to if this feature is supported.
