The Ferrari 458 Italia is a supercar car, designed by Pininfarina and produced by the Italian manufacturer Ferrari since 2010 as a replacement for the Ferrari F430. It was revealed to the press on July 28, 2009 and presented at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Design
The 458 Italia was designed by Pininfarina, like the latest Ferrari models. The style and characteristics of the car were designed for aerodynamic efficiency, producing a load of 140 kg (309 lb) at 200 km / h (124 mph). The interior of the 458 has been designed using the contributions of former Ferrari driver in Formula 1 Michael Schumacher, including a new steering wheel that incorporates many of the features and controls in front of the driver and not on the dashboard, similar to racing cars.

According to Autocar, the 458 has been inspired by the Ferrari Enzo and its Mille Chile concept car.3 It has been designed to be the most sporty Ferrari model with V8, to distinguish itself from the recently launched Ferrari California.

Fire danger
