Earlier, Daria Khalturina, head of the department for the prevention of risk factors of the Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization of Health Care, said in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta that, on average, 200 grams per day is considered the optimal amount of dairy products. According to her, after consuming 400 grams, the effect ceases to be positive.
