The Venezuelan National Assembly approved on Tuesday the appointment of another six new diplomatic representatives of the government of the president in charge Juan Guaidó, this time for Europe and North Africa. These new diplomats join a group already designated for several Latin American nations such as Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Panama, as well as the United States, which in some cases would even have their respective accreditation. On this occasion the representatives of the South American country were appointed to: Great Britain and Northern Ireland with the businesswoman and political theorist Vanessa Neumann; Hungary with Enrique Alvarado; Bulgaria with Estefanía Meléndez; Czech Republic with human rights defender Tamara Suju; Poland with Ana Medina; and Morocco with the former secretary of parliament José Ignacio Guédez. Yesterday, Carlos Vecchio, ambassador to the United States of the government in charge of Venezuela, announced the taking of two military diplomatic headquarters in Washington and a consulate in New York as part of the strategy of Guaidó and his team to recover the assets of the nation. . On Monday, he also handed over the necessary accreditation to the ambassador in Panama of the government in charge of Venezuela, Fabiola Zavarce, from the hands of President Juan Carlos Varela.

Agreement for the Incorporation and Reinstitutionalization of the FAN

In the same section of the parliament, the "Agreement for the Incorporation, Reinstitutionalization and Strengthening of the National Armed Forces" was approved, said Guaidó through his Twitter account. The president in charge indicated that the agreement is an advance to add "to those inside the Armed Forces who know they will be better off on the side of the Constitution." He explained that one can not call "deserters" those who "keep their honor, those who comply with the People." The Colombian government reported that up to now they have received about 1,000 Venezuelan ex-soldiers who arrived in the country in search of protection.
