Jetta GLI Debut

This Thursday the new Volkswagen Jetta GLI debuted at the Chicago Auto Show, the version of the Jetta line that aims to attract the attention of fans of fiery driving

 

 

At least Volkswagen paper met almost everything we expected, starting with a completely independent suspension, with springs for the front wheels and multiple links in the rear, which puts it 0.6 inches closer to the pavement and that with its alloy wheels 18-inch aluminum give it an energetic and somewhat threatening look.

 

The heart of the Volkswagen Jetta GLI is the same turbocharged 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that is achieved under the GTi Golf's hood, which generates 228 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque. We would like to see a version with the Golf R engine.
