Inkriql Posted March 6, 2019 Share Posted March 6, 2019 A 34-year-old man, who raised two lions without authorization, died after being attacked by one of the cats, in Zdechov, a town in the east of the Czech Republic. The father of the victim, saw in a security camera that the body of his son lay inside the animal cage and warned the police. "I can confirm the death of the breeder," said regional police spokeswoman Lenka Javorkova. In addition, an investigation was opened to determine the circumstances of the accident. The victim kept the two animals, the male of nine years and a female of two, in a fence built without permission and without authorization from the veterinary services. After the episode, the Police was forced to kill the two animals. Michal Prasek had raised the male since 2016 and the female since last year. The presence of the two animals caused great concern in Zdechov, a town of about 600 inhabitants.
