I advise you to download CS 1.6 CSBD 

Make the Title very clear, for example [Problem with posting] or [Server hosting error] or [Can't see signature] etc...
maybe you have downloaded a different version of cs 1.6 from the internet. Or maybe the version of the host server is different(unlikely).

i think your cs . have problem or maybe some files didn't  installed in your cs.  anyway delete you own cs and download this below

CS1.6 CSBD v1.0,  

also try to Delete map. go to Counterstrike 1.6/cstrike/maps/ delete the .bsp and .nav files you don't want. Also check in the maps/graphs folder and delete the .ain files.

Deleting anything with the map name is safe.

You replace your config.cfg by that one, after you will see in-game thanks to the net graph 1, your loss which will be displayed by small red squares on the line glass and so if you see that you choke or loss, you lower the variables, namely

cl_updaterate: -5 each time
cl_cmdrate: -5 each time too

and you go down until you do not choke anymore.

Just Follow These Steps :

1. Go to Counter - Strike Folder.

2. Open cstrike

3. Open config.cfg

4. Fix Your Binds and Click on Save!

f your "config.cfg" file deleted so click to HERE DOWNLOAD

Hope your Problem Solved!
