Well yes, and its existing SUV range consisting of the RX and NX rather skirt the main event, which is the family-sized SUV market, where BMW’s X1, Audi’s Q3 and the Mercedes-Benz GLA are hoovering up young families’ PCP lease contributions. Even parent company Toyota produces such an SUV, the bizarre but strangely nice CH-R - and it’s that car which provides the base for this new hybrid-based two- and four-wheel-drive SUV that is the Lexus UX.
