Warlock- Posted February 2, 2019 Posted February 2, 2019 Almost nobody remembers that the current Audi R8 had an electric version in its first year of life. The accounts did not come out, hence the project was abandoned prematurely. But beware, that because the first shot has not hit the target does not mean that Audi Sport, the sports subsidiary of the German brand, abandon the idea. In fact, it has announced the launch of a fully electric sports car in 2020. They have not confirmed whether it will be a sedan, a coupe, a compact or an SUV coupe ... (but we bet that it will be something similar to the Audi e-tron Sportback Concept ).
