The guard of the school Leonardo Murialdo who would have abused a girl from the 4-room, in August of last year, will still be arrested.

This was decided by the criminal judge Sebastian Sarmiento in a hearing held this morning in which he had requested the cessation of preventive detention by the defense lawyer of the guard, Víctor Abalos.

The magistrate was issued on two issues: denied the request for annulment of the preventive already issued by another judge and confirmed the defendant's remand.

On Monday, 7, Bignert ordered the arrest of a maintenance worker and charged him with sexual abuse aggravated by carnal access and by the quality of the guardian.
