Blexfraptor Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 ÚN.- The San Carlos International Autodrome experienced a memorable day in which the Easykart National Championship took place (with its fifth and sixth valid) and the Suzuki Junior Motovelocity Championship 2018 (with its third and fourth valid). Dozens of pilots from all over the country, both karting and motorcycle speed, gathered at the Cojedeño circuit. It was an extraordinary event in which both kartists and motorcyclists coexisted, in order to reactivate the activity of motor sport in Venezuela. "Our country has an important tradition in motor sport and this type of events are very necessary. We are very happy with how both competitions were carried out and our race track will always have its doors open for this type of initiative, "said Mauricio Baiz, representative of the San Carlos track. In turn, the event was attended by figures recognized nationally and internationally in the world of karting, such as Antonio Apicella, Biagio Bulnez and Mauricio Andrés Baiz, professional pilot with experience in the F4 and winner of the CIK-FIA recognition in 2014, as the world champion in karting in that year along with Mik Schumacher. On the other hand, for 2019 Easykart of Venezuela and the Suzuki Junior Speed Championship will work hand in hand to do their competitions together so that the events are as well attended to this one.
