The Tigres de Aragua have not started with a good start in the 2018-2019 season and looking to get out of the bad dynamic have decided to change the command, so Ramón Hernández will no longer be in charge of the Aragua team.

The management of the Bengali cadre announced the dismissal of Hernandez, through his social networks, after five weeks in office. With the Caracas tactician the team was left with a negative record of 10-14 and is in the seventh box of the classification table, half a game of the sixth place occupied by the Navegantes del Magallanes.

Tigres indicated that Hernandez's place would be taken by Oscar "Cachi" Salazar, who until now served as coach of the third pad.

Hernandez became the fourth manager to be dismissed by Bengalis in the last four years, with Luis Sojo first out (2014-2015); then Eduardo Pérez (2016-2017), who had achieved the championship in 2015-2016; and Buddy Bailey in the last campaign (2017-2018).
