The ambassador of Venezuela in China, Ivan Zerpa, inaugurated the consulate general of Venezuela in Guangzhou, China, which includes places like Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangxi.

"Following the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, the consulate general of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela opens in China, with the provinces of Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangxi," said Zerpa on the social network Twitter. .

The cooperation between both nations covers the energy, financial, technological, educational, cultural, industrial and agricultural areas.

Venezuela and China reinvigorate financial cooperation to accompany the Recovery, Growth and Economic Prosperity Program that the Bolivarian Government has been carrying out since August 20 to overcome the factors that disturb the national economy.

At the China-Venezuela Business Forum, which brought together 124 Chinese and 49 Venezuelan companies, President Nicolás Maduro ratified his commitment to promote, protect Chinese investments in Venezuela and boost economic alliances between the business sectors of both nations in various Projects.
