"By 2022, almost 60% of the models we produce will have hybrid engines," Camilleri said, referring to the combination of an internal combustion engine and one or more electric motors. "We are going to adapt as the years pass to comply with the regulatory requirements, but also to satisfy our customers who demand correct emissions while maintaining the excitement of driving a Ferrari , something unique," he explained. "It will be a Ferrari with features that had never been seen," he said. "It will be called 'Purosangue' and will be launched at the end of the strategic plan," he said. The emblematic Ferrari president , Sergio Marchionne, who died unexpectedly on July 25, announced in January that the first luxury SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) will go on sale "probably by the end of 2019 or the beginning of 2020."
