Eduardo Núñez would return this weekend with Boston

Good news for the Red Sox on the injury of Eduardo Núñez, who left the game against Toronto on Thursday night, according to Alex Cora, the Dominican infielder may return very soon.

The Puerto Rican manager mentioned to Lauren Campbell of NESN that the infielder Eduardo would be 100% for the weekend, since his knee injury is not serious enough to keep him away from the field for a long time.

The Dominican had already presented discomfort until not long ago, after being injured at Fenway on September 9, 2017, and did not continue playing with Boston until the first game of the Division Series last year against Houston.
