Your Problem: i can't enter to cs directly , i must try again 2 time's or more than , and when i am stay AFK and map changed i get kick + Time Out

u can put to Consor this word [cl_timeout 99999] 

and u will connect to server cs 

and if problem no solved u will make to your pc windos 

and u can connect  if u want
