G.O.G Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 A traffic accident on the Pifo-Papallacta road in Ecuador left 24 people dead and another 19 injured, most of them Venezuelan and Colombian. The event occurred when a bus from an international cooperative traveling from Colombia was overturned. The accident occurred in the early hours of the morning at kilometer 8 of the Pifo-Papallacta highway, when the international bus hit a van and then overturned, affecting three homes in the sector. Among the deceased there are 21 adults and three children. According to the observatory citizen Justice Road, traffic accidents leave an average of 80 injured per day in the country. They also stressed that the periodicity of claims of magnitude (more than 15 victims among dead, injured and traumatic) in the country is 24 days, in this way Telesur reviewed. 2
