G.O.G Posted August 8, 2018 Posted August 8, 2018 The international community condemned the unilateralism of Washington and its contempt for international conventions, after President Donald Trump yesterday reimposed the sanctions against Iran, after his exit from the nuclear agreement signed with the G 5 + 1. The European Union rejected the sanctions and promises to safeguard the pact signed in 2015. In addition, it threatened European companies with sanctions if they cut their ties with Iran. The UN reiterated that the pact is a diplomatic achievement that must be preserved and Russia affirmed that sanctions violate UN Security Council resolution 2.231, so the international community should not allow Washington's pretensions, said HispanTV. The United Kingdom, India, Turkey and Iraq announced that they will respect the agreement and maintain relations with Tehran.
