To see your contacts, just go to contacts.google.com and sign in with the same username and password as on Google. If you have a button in the lower right corner, click on the old version, click on it. If not, go ahead.

To restore your Google contacts, above the contact list, click More and choose Restore Contacts. Choose a number of days ago until you want to go back in time with the agenda.

The maximum value is 30 days or one month. Finally, click Restore and ask for the problem to be fixed. If everything is fine, within a few minutes, the new agenda should also appear on your phone.
