The German team has won 2-1 to Sweden the match corresponding to the second day of group F of the 2018 World Cup.

Germany won 2-1 to Sweden in the second match of the F group of the 2018 World Cup in Russia and it remains with options to qualify for the second round, in a group led by Mexico with 6 points, tied by German and Swedish at 3 points and South Korea is last without adding any point.


He played better Germany from the beginning, but the Germans were not successful in the face of goal. Sweden remained firm in defense and almost in the only play of danger that made in the first half, in minute 32, Ola Toivonen scored the 0-1 for the Swedes. Afterwards, Germany had some chance to equalize, but came to rest with the advantage of Sweden.

On the restart, just after the second half, Marco Reus tied the game (1-1). Germany breathed with the goal of Reus and continued to dominate, although Sweden also gave some shock to the counterattack. The Germans could not tie the match and in the 82nd minute, the referee sent off Boateng with a double yellow card. The game and the World Cup were uphill for a Germany, that being in numerical inferiority was launched to the attack. However, the Swedish goalkeeper Olsen avoided a pair of goals from the German team in the final stretch of the match, but in the 94th minute, Toni Kroos scored the winning goal (2-1) for Germany after scoring a superb goal.
