put this in console Bind "m" "Select team"

if not work go Options ---->Keyboard --->search for Select team and edit the key 

[CastLe]

I had this problem once because i made unbind "m" by mistake 

and i fixed with this 

bind "m" "chooseteam" ( Type in Console )
