Hello JIMY!

Ok Listen me Now carefully Please

That happened to me a long time ago and I did the following:

First of all Sign Out from your steam and close it

Then you must go to "local disk" where you have all the programs of your computer and look for the folder "Steam" after you find it you will get a copy to the folder "Steamapps" and paste it on your desktop

You will eliminate all the folders that you have in steam except "Steamapps".

finally you open steam as if you were to start session of this steam In this way will download all the configuration files except the games that you have already downloaded. and you wont lose your progress :emot-golfclap:

My friend, if this doesnt work for you, unfortunately, you have to uninstall steam and reinstall it :default_apology-1312:

but you must paste that folder that you copied into the "Steamapps" desktop in the "Steam folders" so that your downloaded games wont be lost.  :winkthumbs:
