hello there 

ur soundborad isn't working well cuz u might have choosed the wrong window bit version 

and to know ur system is 32 or 64 , 

go to start or click on it 

type in search "system" 

1-control panel

2-system

3- u will see system type: it will show u 32 or 64 bit operating system 

4-download the correct version of soundboard 

5- active the plugin  by opening the ts3 and active it thro the siting then close the ts3 and reopen it again and u will find the soundboard running well.

ps: u can run only mp3 music with soundboard .

and i downlaod the correct version "32 bit "
