The model that is on that server did not download on your Cs , what you should do is easy. First Step : Go to Cs and press the right button there will be a that says Open The Counter Strike Files you click it and it will show you a List of Directorys. Where you should click is if you have steam is Cstrike Downloads. You delete that file and restart the Computer when you delete the files. Second Step: Open the Counter Strike , go to the server that you tried to enter. And when it starts Download the files don't open other pc window becuase the download may not happen and it will show you the same error like before.Note : If these two doesent work , then you should download the Model Manually and add it to your Cs Files. Regarding This Problem , The Main Solution Is To Delete The File Which Is Causing It CS to Crash , i .e : (models/player/raptor/raptor.mdl) you have to Delete The one Highlighted Then Try To Reopen The Cs And Connect To SV And Let The New One To be Downloaded And Within a few seconds it will be fixed . and If Not Then Download The File From Web. BILLS Posted August 21, 2017 Share Posted August 21, 2017 First of all look for the routes where you have the counter strike in models if there is a folder called raptor erase it. Solution to counter strike 1.6 \ Counter-Strike 1.6 \ cstrike (No Steam) If it is steam go to the next path \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Half-Life \ cstrike Depending on what disk you have installed it varies. (You should not ask to replace if you ask replace replace cancel and look for the old raptor folder and delete it.) And download this file which you must extract with the winrar or other similar program and paste in the aforementioned path. And with that, the problem should be solved.
